Troop 8787 is chartered by Veterans of Foreign War Post 8787.
Troop 8787 uses the facilities of the VFW 8787 to conduct the Scouting program. We are deeply grateful to VFW Post 8787 for it’s support and efforts that allow Troop 8787 to operate.

Post 8787 was established in Austin in January, 1947 to provide service to veterans, families of veterans, the community of Austin, the State of Texas and the United States of America. VFW Post 8787 has a long history of supporting youth programs throughout the Austin area and is actively supporting numerous Little League Sport programs including football, baseball and soccer.
VFW road is located between Braker Lane and Yager Lane on the East Side of IH-35 off the North bound access road. Post 8787 has been in this location since 1968.
